General Rules

Only one account allowed per person, family, household, address, computer, network connection, IP address, and/or payment method.

Everyday Vegas digitally records and archives all wagers. These recordings and archived records will be used only to resolve discrepancies. All casino play is recorded on our end and the decisions of WC management will be final.

Everyday Vegas is not liable in the following scenarios:

-In the event of an Act of God, including but not limited to natural disasters, explosion, theft, malicious damage, strike, and lockout, and industrial action, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance or acts of terrorism.

-The failure of Everyday Vegas computers, telecommunications or any other data transmission system that results in delays, errors, losses or omissions.

Everyday Vegas and players shall not commit or purport to commit to rules or obligations other than those specifically provided by these Rules.

Everyday Vegas accepts no liability for any damages caused to players by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted online.

Dormant Accounts: If an account remains inactive, meaning no deposits, withdrawals or wagers are placed for a period of 12 months or more the account will be deemed "Dormant". All Dormant Accounts will have their balances zeroed out. If a zeroed out player wishes to reactivate their account, the player can contact customer support to have their balance reinstated.

These Rules constitute the entire agreement and understanding between Everyday Vegas and players. In the event of a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version, the English language version will be deemed to be correct.

Customers are responsible to determine whether relevant services are permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction.

The maximum amount a player may win in the casino within a 24 hour time period is $1,000,000.

RO and Fees

All deposited funds must be wagered (rolled-over) 1x prior to withdrawal. Players who choose to withdraw prior to completing the required rollover will incur payout processing fees regardless of the payout method. Please contact Player Services for more information on the fees.

Bonus Rules

Deposit bonuses are optional and must be requested by the player when making a deposit. For example, use Promo Code EverydayVegas1 to a 100% Casino bonus. Your bonus request will be assessed and, if your account is eligible for the bonus, it will be added to your account immediately.

All deposit bonuses will have a maximum release and cash out limit of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount, up to a maximum of $30,000 (whichever is lower) unless otherwise stated.

All no deposit bonuses (ie. free chips) will have a maximum release and cash out limit of five times (5x) the bonus amount, up to a maximum of $150 (whichever is lower) unless otherwise stated.

All promotional bonuses (ie. tournament prizes, rebates, leaderboard rewards, comps, Hot Streak, risk free bets, Refer A Friend, and bonuses issued out of good faith) will have a maximum release and cash out limit of five times (5x) the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.

When completing rollover on a bonus, the maximum wager is $10 per spin on slots and $200 on table games. Failure to follow this condition may result in forfeiting your bonus and any winnings.

Using the in game "BUY FEATURE" to circumvent bonus rollover requirements may result in forfeiting any winnings.

Upon acceptance of a bonus, player is deemed to have read and agreed to all terms, rules and requirements thereof.

Player agrees not to request a withdrawal prior to meeting all stipulations, including rollover requirements. Minimum rollover requirement is defined as [deposit + bonus] multiplied by [required rollover].

Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value; a bonus only gains cash value after all stipulations, including rollover requirements, are met.

Re-Deposit Bonus Qualification

Players who meet the following qualify for a re-deposit bonus (player must meet all requirements to qualify):

-No existing bonus balance in account

-No Payout in the last 14 days

-Player has not withdrawn more than half of their highest balance within the last 30 days

Stipulations on Re-deposit Bonus:

If player has taken any withdrawal in the last 30 days, re-deposit bonus only applies to the amount exceeding the cumulative withdrawn amount during the last 30 days.

If any pattern of “recycling”, “churning” (definition: ‘money being withdrawn and redeposit in effort to accrue or profit from bonuses’) or “bonus arbitrage” (definition: ‘accounts being managed in an effort to accrue or profit from bonuses’) is detected, all bonuses and all winnings from said bonuses will be removed from account without notice.

Bonuses are for recreational players. Everyday Vegas reserves the right to deny and/or cancel bonuses and/or winnings from said bonuses if management determines a player to be non-recreational, an arbitrage bettor, a scalper, a bonus arbitrager, or part of a syndicate - without further explanation. Professional players or players considered by us to be abusing the bonus system may have bonuses revoked and be subject to further sanctions, including, but not limited to, closing your account. Bonus abuse may be defined as (but not restricted to) players requesting payouts for the purpose of re-depositing, depositing over an existing balance, or referring new accounts that they are using themselves. Sanctions may be in the form of increased rollover requirements or loss of bonus privileges altogether for the offending Account as well as any linked Accounts. We reserve the right to restrict eligibility for special offers and bonuses when necessary.

Everyday Vegas reserves the right to take away any bonus at any time without explanation.

Players that accept a bonus and do not wager any portion of the bonus, may request a withdrawal and have the bonus removed from their account.

Cashier Rules
Deposit Rules

Company or corporate credit or charge cards cannot be used for deposits.

The name on a credit card MUST match the name on the account for a credit card deposit to be accepted.

If any deposit is returned, charged-back, or deemed fraudulent in any way it will result in the forfeiture of any/all winnings, bonuses, or remaining positive balance in the account.

When a player chooses to deposit via credit card, debit card or gift card s/he will be responsible for reimbursing the company 7.5% of the total amount processed at the time of deposit.

Customers attempting to make a credit card deposit from a ‘Black Listed’ jurisdiction will not be permitted to do so.

Payout Rules

Payouts may be requested at any time online via the cashier.

Please allow 24 hours for your payout request to be reviewed before the processing time begins.

Players who generate any winnings from a Free Spin or Free Chip promotion will be required to make a minimum deposit of $50 and roll this over at least one time (1x) prior to any payout being approved.


Payouts requests are processed Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. ET to 1:00 p.m. ET, excluding holidays.

No third-party payouts are allowed.

Your payout will be processed using the same method used for deposit if the option is available; however Everyday Vegas reserves the right to use alternative methods for payouts if necessary, regardless of the deposit method used to fund the account.

If making credit card deposits, please note credit card documentation will be requested. This documentation is:

- Valid photo ID
- Copies of the front and back of all cards used to deposit on your account
- If the address on your photo ID is different to the address registered to your Everyday Vegas account we will also require a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months confirming the address you have registered to your Everyday Vegas account.

Additional documentation may be required at management discretion. All the documentation required must be sent before 1:00 p.m. ET for the payout to be processed the same day.

Please note that players depositing via credit card, debit card or prepaid card are required to wait a minimum of seven business days from their last deposit prior to requesting a withdrawal.

Bank Wire instructions must be provided in the cashier every time you request a payout through this method. Max payout per day depends on the specific payout method being used. Minimum and maximum payouts are subject to change without notice.

Only one Bank Wire and/or Check payout can be processed per week (every 7 days) per player. Payouts will only be sent to the address on file. If a player wishes to change their address, they must send a utility bill under their name with their new address. If the bills are under a third party's name, the player must first send and sign a letter of authorization stating that they live at that address. The player must also send a copy of a picture ID of the person the new address is registered under. The player then needs to send these documents via email, using the same email address used to register their everydayvegas.com account, to documents@everydayvegas.com.

Checks cannot be sent to P.O. Box addresses.

MoneyGram payouts must be picked up within 10 days.

Live Casino Rules

1. Each game contains a “How to Play” tab which provides instructions on how to play the game and a “Pay Table” tab which contains details of the return to player. You agree to be bound by the rules, terms and conditions set out therein.

2. In the event of human misdeals or a technical problem of any kind, all hands will be void and the original bets will be returned to players.

3. In the event that you lose connectivity or time out during the live game, any bets you have made will remain in play as they would in a land based casino resulting in a win, loss, or push. Failure to respond within the allotted time for any reason will result in your hand being completed according to the optimal player strategy known as Basic Strategy. Completing a hand which has lost connectivity or timed out is done in the player’s best interest and to serve those back betting on the hand.

4. When back betting you are subject to the decisions made by the player sitting in the main seat. You are not entitled to a reimbursement if you do not agree with the decision(s) the player in the main seat selects.

5. Professional card counters are prohibited. If you are found to be a professional card counter, your account is subject to immediate closure and further action will be taken, if deemed necessary by management.

6. Any issues or inactivity by other players at your table will not affect your result, nor will it warrant any reimbursements.

Live Casino Alias

Users may select a Live Casino alias upon their first login into the live casino platform. Alias chosen will be displayed as you’re playing name on the live casino games. Alias chosen may not be of any abusive, obscene and or offensive nature. Should alias be in violation of our rules and regulations, alias will be revoked and may possible suspend the account, and user will be held responsible as to provide an alternative alias prior to reactivation of account.

Casino Transactions

Players to note that their Total casino loss and wins for that current will only reflect at the end of each day, at approximately 23:59:59pm ET. This transaction will display your total Casino win or loss for that entire day. Despite having your account balance update in real time, should you have any outstanding wins or losses from any casino platform (Live Casino, regular and mobile casino), these funds will be added or removed from your account at the end of the day. You may review these transactions in your account when logged into the website. Claims will be reviewed accordingly however will not warrant any reimbursements.

Abusive or Offensive Language

English is the only language that everydayvegas.com permits players to speak on the live casino tables. everydayvegas.com reserves the right to disable chat privileges of the player either temporarily or permanently in our sole and absolute discretion. Abusive or offensive language in the chat areas or with everydayvegas.com's staff is contrary to our rules.

Any violation of this policy may result in a suspension of playing privileges or any other action as deemed necessary by everydayvegas.com to ensure compliance. Abusive or offensive language may be, but is not limited to any player statements that are in everydayvegas.com's sole opinion, obscene, profane, racist, in bad taste, slanderous, unnecessarily hostile, or contrary to the purpose of the chat function. Multiple accounts

Creating multiple accounts on the everydayvegas.com live casino network is strictly prohibited. In addition, creating new accounts to take advantage of bonus being offered is also strictly prohibited. Should players be detected to have multiple accounts, new accounts will be closed and the balance may be confiscated.

Use of the website and associated services are expressly prohibited from the jurisdictions listed above. Any account accessed from a restricted state or country will have all access rights revoked and any balance contained in the account may be considered void. You are required to notify us immediately should you intend to relocate to, or visit, a restricted state. Your account will then be placed on a temporary hold or permanently closed, depending on the circumstances, with any balance available being returned to you. Any attempt on your part to circumvent these restrictions, in any way, will result in closure of your account and any balance deemed to have been forfeited.
